The Purple House previously managed more than 7,000 beds across multiple student residence assets under the Sunway House Student Residences portfolio, including Waterfront Residence, Sun-U Residence, and Sun-U Apartment.

Located in Bandar Sunway, SunMed Residence is a managed residential asset with over 900 beds designed to support healthcare staff with a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained living environment.
In addition to management services, our support services included security, maintenance coordination, housekeeping, and resident-facing operational support to promote convenience and day-to-day comfort.
The Purple House contributed to the early concept development, branding, and transformation of House of Art (HEART) Residence, a co-living project positioned around the creative community in Kuala Lumpur.
In addition to managing HEART Residence, our involvement included helping shape the property’s refreshed identity and supporting its positioning as a distinctive living environment for emerging artists and creative residents.
