Since our establishment in 2011, The Purple House (TPH) has been leading the hostel management industry in Malaysia, and our services have diversified over the years from just providing housing for students to include nursing staff accommodation, coliving, digital marketing, workers accommodation (TPHive), and integrated management property solutions (TIPS), catering to a broader range of clientele.
The International Student Barometer (ISB) 2021 Survey ranked TPH as No. 2 overall and No. 1 for student accommodation in Malaysia (2018). We partner with major academic institutions, non-profit organisations, and medical lines across the region.
