The Purple House was formerly responsible for the full management of Sunway House Student Residences, which included Waterfront Residence, SunU Residence, and SunU Apartment. During this period, we focused on creating a supportive and inclusive environment for students, with particular emphasis on community engagement, wellbeing, and mental health.
Our team worked closely with students and stakeholders to raise the standards of student accommodation and foster a sense of belonging among residents. This effort was reflected through consecutive recognitions in the i-Graduate international surveys, which highlighted our service quality and student satisfaction during our management tenure.
As of 2025, The Purple House is no longer the managing operator of this property. We continue to channel our experience into new student accommodation ventures that prioritise safe, vibrant, and student-focused living environments across Malaysia.
